Shipping costs and delivery time

We are a small team, please note that the delivery time for your order can be 7-12 days from your order confirmation.

Germany:

There are no shipping costs for all products within Germany. Delivery takes 7-12 working days.


Austria & Switzerland:

Returns

You don't like the product? You can return your order within 14 days. Please note the following information before starting a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition and have the original labels and tags.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
  • The returned items must not show any signs of use.
  • If the product is damaged: photo and video material where the defect/damage is clearly visible.
  • It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.
  • We can only refund the money if you provide us with a tracking number, otherwise we cannot ensure that your product is on its way to the correct address.

    Important: We cannot issue refunds for products that you keep for longer than 14 days (from the date of delivery). Products that are damaged, soiled or proven to have been used will not be refunded.

    Please note that as a small business we cannot offer free returns.

    How to return your item:

    1. Register return

    To register your return, send us an email to contact@lyle.at with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will email you the appropriate return address as soon as possible.

    2. Prepare the product for your return

    Pack the item you wish to return securely for shipping, if possible in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot cover the cost of your return shipment.

    3. Return your item

    Send the package back to the address we sent you by email (kontakt@lyle.at). Please make sure that your package has a track & trace code, otherwise we cannot refund a lost return.

    4. Refund of your purchase amount

    Once we have received your return, we will refund the product price within 10 days using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. (If you selected Klarna, please note that the refund may take an additional 7 working days).

    Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders returned without prior contact cannot be refunded.
